Timber repair work in Coorparoo

Coorparoo is an inner southeast suburb with a mix of Queenslanders, postwar homes and newer apartments around the Old Cleveland Road shops.

Coorparoo has many Queenslanders and older timber homes. Common repairs here are verandah boards, stair treads, VJ wall linings, weatherboards and bottom plates where termites or water have got in over the decades.

Postwar weatherboard and fibro homes in Coorparoo often have termite or rot damage in floor framing, window sills and the bottom row of weatherboards.

Older townhouses in Coorparoo can have timber stairs, decks and window frames that suffer from rot. We work with owners and body corporates.
